Hello!

No, you're not eligible to pursue M.Sc Psychology after completion of B.Sc in Cardiovascular Technology.

The basic educational qualification required for pursuing admission to MSc Psychology is that candidates must hold a bachelor degree in any Psychology courses from a recognized university with an aggregate of at least 50% marks. In addition to it, students with any other degree such as B.Sc Chemistry, Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), BA Sociology, B.Sc. Home Science, B.A. Philosophy etc. can also apply for MSc Psychology.

Hope this helps!
