It is with disappointment that there is a really slim chance that you can get a seat in private medical colleges in Bangalore. Even with reservations it is really tough to get a college. You may try to get a seat with management quota. That option is always open for you.
In case you are willing to drop a year you may consider preparing for the upcoming years examination. With good effort and hard work I'm sure you can secure a good rank.
