Ohh yes, the cutoffs have went drastically high this year as you too might be knowing that the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively. So as per your rank you cannot compare with the last year's marks. Last year at your AIQ rank, getting admission in any of the medical or dental colleges (private or government) was also isn't possible. But some seats have increased this year.

The last rank to get admission in governnent BDS colleges last year was 21963 and you are way away.

If you are from general category then it looks a lot difficult for you to get admission in GMC Koraput since last year 2018 cutoff for the UR category was 510 marks equivalent to an AIQ rank of 17948. This year the marks have went more higher so don't compare with your marks, but compare with your rank. The last person to get admission in government MBBS colleges of Orissa was rank 18621 with 508 marks last year who got admission in GMC Balangir. 

You may get admission in BDS government colleges of your state this year.

I hope you are asking about the cut offs of sln medical college in koraput . So for general category it's  510 marks while you have got 507 so cannot be sure if you will get a seat .
