Hello,

Yes, under All India quota if you want to apply for deemed colleges then you have to pay 2lakh as security fees while you are registering yourself for counselling process. DGHS means Directorate General of Health Services and MCC means Medical Counselling Committee . Counselling for deemed universities are conducted by DGHS on behalf of MCC so you should register for DGHS.
