I’m the student of CSE IBM Info. Sec. currently at 4th semester. At Beginning, I got admissions in Normal CSE but after few days at CSE I transfer to CSE IBM Specialized in Information Security.

Subject wise, except few there is no different between CSE and CSE IBM.

Few programming and Core Subject is handle by IBM Faculty otherwise, by same CU faculty as Normal CSE.

Seminars and workshops is been carried out mostly in CSE IBM.

You can have specialized mind set in CSE IBM (like you can focus in your related field Info. Sec., Bigdata analytic and Cloud)

Now, You can decide yourself.

Note: As CSE IBM fee is much more then Normal CSE so its obvious you have high hope & demand in every except to your course. According, to me still University is unable to provide it but, they are still trying.
