Hello Rekha,
I must tell you that fine arts is not present in either of the lists of subjects to be taken for counting the top 4 subjects.
There are 2 list that is given in the bulletin released by Delhi University.
If you want to count fine arts in your top four then there will be a deduction of 2.5% will be made per subject (added) from the aggregate of your top 4 subjects.
