As you have mentioned that you belong to Bihar and hence you have your OBC-NCL certificate of that particular state and you are willing to apply in Pune for Fergusson College and also you are looking for OBC-NCL seat in this particular college. So saying about this would not be possible because as we all know that every colleges has a different criteria for giving admissions and as i guess it is also a state level college and hence for it the the system will be different compare to any National level colleges. So i can suggest you only that you should try to contact the officials of the mentioned college as they will be having the proper and a satisfactory solution for your queries.
