1.The final print out of the CET-2019 Online Application Form.

2.Original Copy of the Chalan for having paid the fees.

3.KCET 2019 Admission Ticket.

4.SSLC / 10th Standard Marks Card.

5.2nd PUC / 12th Standard Marks Card.

6.Study Certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO / DDPI.

7.Medical Certificate, for PwD Candidates.

8.Two recent Passport Size Photographs.
