As per the information available in Maharashtra NEET UG 2021 Information Brochure the candidate candidate cannot change/modify the choice filling form once the preferences are submitted. The options submitted in the first round will be considered for subsequent round including Mop-Up round. So, you cannot modify/delete the options in the choice filling form for second round seat allotment. The candidates who wish to opt for betterment can participate in subsequent rounds to get seat in a better choice of institute/course. The options in the higher priority above the allotted institute in previous round will be considered for seat allotment in the second round. To read the Information Brochure use the link below
