According to the category and rank mentioned by you in the question you have very low chances of getting into any of the IITs because the closing SC prep. rank for IITs were around 200-250 and you are bit far from the figure so you can get few IITs only if the overall cut-off faces a dip.

But don't get disappointed because if you have good rank in JEE-Main then you can get good NITs also and you can predict the colleges which you can get from JEE-Main by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-
