It offers MBBS, B.P.T, BASLP, BPMT, M.SC, BOT, M.D courses.
Admission to this college is based on the NEET score and good ranking.
CET score is not valid for any of the medical colleges in India.
And as you have mentioned your 2020 score is not valid for this year even if you have to take admission to courses like B.Sc Agri you need to apply for the CET this year.

For the T.N. medical college, you need to appear for neet and your score must be above 620 marks to get a seat in the college.

It is the topmost college in India which is why it accepts decent marks in neet.
