Hey aspirant,

Congratulations for cracking MET!

It is difficult for you to get any of the branches in Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology through your general rank. But you have fair chances of getting admission in many branches (CSE, ECE, EE, IT, ME, CH, CE) through your EWS rank.

Last year's cut off by rank for GNOP (general open category) for different branches were as follows:-

CSE - 358

ECE-854

IT-717

EE- 991

ME- 1186

CE-1423

CH- 1634

Last year's cut off by rank for EWOP ( Economically Weak Open Category)  was :-

CSE-436

ECE- 1196

IT- 945

EE-1434

ME-1550

CE-1620

CH-1683

So, from these cut offs it can be predicted that you can get any of the branch under EWOP category.

Hope this helps,

All the best!
