Hello,
According to previous year data, the rank went upto 2500 approx in the spot round. This was mainly due to increase in number of seats from 660 to 900+.
The special round is conducted after six rounds of counseling. So even if you don't get a seat in the counseling rounds, although you have some chances, you can go for the spot round.
Also, you are from OBC category, so you have even more chances of getting seat.
You can get chemical engineering in the spot round.
