In VIT is they Accept JEE mark?and what will be the Eligibility mark

NO, VIT does not accept JEE marks.

They conduct VITEEE exam.

VIT University doesn't reveal it's cut off marks and nobody can get you an exact figure 

The marking scheme of VITEEE is relative (Percentile Format) and it doesn't reveal your actual score in the entrance exam.

Just go through the NCERT books of 11th and 12th and additionally practice last 10 years sample papers of VIT Vellore to get a glimpse of their question pattern.

Aim for 90–100 questions correctly to be on a safer side and it may get you a rank under 10k.
