Hello Aspirant,
If you are not satisfied with your round 1 allotment, than wait for the 2nd couselling. The dates will be announced and you have to be present there with your required documents. It is same as that of round 1. No other arrangements are to be made. It is exact the same as round 1. The only thing you need to do is choose "float" as you did for round 1 page and you are all set.

Since you have been alloted a seat in round 1 which apparently you dont like the just go for upgradation instead. There are three choices out of which you should choose float and thus by doing this you will be eligible for round 2 seat allotment. After choosing the option you need to visit the reporting centre once again.
