Yes, The Ipu offers Ba ( English honours) from last year. The process for admission in Ba ( English honours) goes same like that of delhi university. 

But the cutoff of Ipu do not go that much high as delhi university cutoffs for Ba (English honours).

So, You will get a seat in Ipu in ba (English hons.) Course easily even if your intermediate marks are little bit less from the last cutoff of delhi university for particular course.
