The forms will be released from third week of March and the last date to fill is upto sexose week of April.

Form filling process..

Visit the official website of college to fill the online form.

Click on apply online link.

Form will come in the screen

Fill all the required details

Select the scanned image of photograph, signature, left hand thumb impression and upload them.

Read the declaration and click on I agree.

Pay the application form by debit/credit card or net banking.

Take print out for further use.

For USMS Dwarka minimum rank of 170 in CAT is required.
