You will have to wait till your enrollment number is generated, you have no other option. You may also consider dropping a mail or calling up IPU admissions office to ask what needs to be filled. However, the last date of filling up the IPU form has not yet been declared so you can wait for the same, probably they will extend the deadline or do the needful. In the meanwhile you should consider calling up the admissions office.
