I hope you are doing good. As per your query , I am sorry to tell you that at 105 marks their are very low chances in getting admission in manipal university in top branches like cse ,it . You need to score atleast 140 to meet the cutt off and should have rank atleast below 1000 to get top branches . I would advise you either perform well in other universities or start preparing for next attempt
