Yes you are eligible to get ME in BITS Pilani. You'll have to appear and qualify the GATE exam with satisfactory score in respective branch to get admission in BITS. A candidate also needs to have a minimum of 60% aggregate in Bachelor's. BITS also conducts it's own exam called BITS HD.
