According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some of the average NITs like NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Goa, NIT Hamirpur and so on. If you want core branches like CSE/IT then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
