You can refer Arihant for Maths and Some old papers (you can also practice JEE Papers )

For Physics refer H.C.Verma, in this the theory is good but questions are objective a well as Subjetive

For Chemistry, it's advisable torefer NCERT

So Practice as many as questions Possible and time management is vital to write BITSAT Exam.
