Sorry to say dear! But Osmania University, Hyderabad as a whole  does not offer BSc biotechnology course. Some colleges under it provide the course, such as AMS,  Hindi Mahavidyalaya ( autonomous ) etc., It offers MSc biotechnology though. It is a 2 year program offered by the University. You can complete your BSc biotechnology from other college and then apply for MSc biotechnology in the Osmania University. Some of the colleges offering bsc biotechnology in Hyderabad are -
* Annie Besant women's college
* Government degree College for women
* Hindu College for women
* Jahnavi degree and pg College
Etc.,
