If you are going for the PSU by gate exam, then the bsc percentage don't matter much. But you must have a passing percentage in it. Also in the interview, you will be asked about the core subjects and your technical skills will be tested. Once you cracked the gate exam, the bsc percentage will not matter.

Also for psu via gate exam you must absolutely be sure for every answer.
