Firstly you didn't get b.tech degree from msu yoi get b.e degree.

Msu is good college for engineering. Placement here is good average salary package is around 3.8lpa top companies recruiter are L&T, infosys ...

Infrastructure and faculty is also good.

In electronic and communication you study about electronic and some communication part ,intergal circuit.. while in electronic you study only core subjects of electronics..
