If you have did any graduation or post graduation programme  from any country then it will be valid for entire world. But, this programme is designed for managers with existing at least three year of work experience. If you dont have any prior work experience then please don't go for that programme.

There 1 year programme is designed by keeping in mind that you already have 3 year working experience.If you go for that programme then you may not get trained well according to the market required. Because Management is the field where you have to be prepared for the any challenge.
