Hi dear ,
Yes the institutes have good faculty member all the faculty member are quiet helpful as well as experience their knowledge will definitely help you to excel but yes you have to be curious enough to know or clear your doubts . As well as placement scenario is fine and comparitively both the institute stands as same position with respect of placement so you can take admission into any one of them.
