see there is many engineering stream available in every colleges , people are running for the streams after 10+2 exam rather than their liking or passion. if you have interest for mathematics and love to know about architectural design and construction system, civil engineering is best choice for you. civil engineers has both government and private sector jobs. some works individually in designing besides working in an organization. however there is some certainly to work in smoky and dusty place as many works are field related. so if you are comfortable with it you can opt for civil engineering.
