Hello Krishna. The CMAT and MAHCET are both different exams. MAHCET is conducted specially for all the management colleges in the Maharashtra state whereas CMAT scores are accepted in all over India's management institutes. The cutoff for both the exams for MMS course is not exactly same. However the difference is generally not that much.

For example last year, CMAT cutoff & MAHCET cutoff for KJSIMSR, Mumbai was 99.20 & 98.19 respectively. For MET Institute of Management, Mumbai CMAT cutoff & MAHCET cutoff was 97.27 & 91.21 respectively.
