Although the exam pattern for both the exams is almost the same which is 60 questions in 70 minutes, the difficulty level for both the exams differs from each other. However, the examination rules and difficulty level for KCET is a bit more than COMEDK. Students can also check the syllabus for KCET  and COMDEK exam pattern to get more insights into the type of questions asked in both the exams.
