If you are seeking admission under management quota , where you buy a seat without giving  any entrance exam  then you don't need to attend the counselling process,
Counselling is for the students who seeks admissions in government college or private college based on their reservation category and NEET score,
As Like MBBS and BDS,  in some states even BHMS , BAMS, BUMS and BPT consider NEET marks to full their seats .
