No, domicile certificate is not required and you don't need to upload it while filling the application form. The list of documents required are

• Class 10 certificate and marksheet
• Class 12 certificate and marksheet
• Category certificate if applicable
• Scanned passport size photograph
• Scanned image of signature
• Self attested copies of required certificates if getting admission under sports/ ECA category
• Link of clip uploaded for admission in music
