Is du 7th cutoff is also a special drive?

Hello there,

No, the seventh cut off of Delhi University is not a special drive. Candidates belonging to unreserved category can also take admission in colleges. 

Some colleges like gargi college, shaheed bhagat singh college(evening), shyam lal college, Mata sundari college, etc. have already released their cut off list.

Can someone who has already got admission in a college under DU cancel and get admiasioned again in 7th cut off?

yes, you can cancel your admission from the previous college and take admission in the 7th cut off
