The answer is, it depends.

For example, DU has 10-11 colleges providing Journalism and Mass Communication courses while IPU has more than 15 colleges.

For more hands-on experience, IPU has shown that it is among the country's best when it comes to BJMC, particularly.

However, DU has always been traditionally the top University of the country. It has always been a little conservative in it's way of teaching, and is one area where IPU has gone ahead.

Both of them have separate entrance criteria and exams. Do keep yourself updated, apply in both practially.
