Dear Aspirant,

COEP is a reputed institute in India and is one of the best in the country and doing engineering from there will be certainly helpful. However, if you are asking for a particular branch, then the choice of the branch should be made on your interest. If you are interested in a particular subject, then it will be wonderful 4 years of your life, however, if you chose a branch you do not like, then it will be a very bad experience.

So I suggest, you should research a bit about the electrical and then made your choice

if you are not already inclined towards it.
