Hello student,
As per the government rules and regulations, EWS category should be implemented in all the educational institutions. Thus it will be available in Netaji subash institute of technology, Delhi also. Since it is implemented for the first time this year, there are very less predictions about it, and thus nothing can be predicted sure about the ranks and cut offs.
