greetings,

admission into DU colleges for M.Sc. are done by DU PG exam (DUET) and merit lists are released subsequently. The exam is tougher than other PG entrance tests in India and even more so due to the competition (more number of candidates) , also, some M.Sc. branches like informatics conduct an interview after the exam which has a 25% weightage.

Hi,

On a general note, the cutoff for the M.sc programs in the Delhi University is a bit higher than the other categories. Usually, the cutoff for the unreserved category is nearly 80 percent or above than this on the merit basis for all the M.sc Branches.
