No. Hostel fees is not included in total educational  fees. Its totally different from educational fees. And you have to pay hostel fees  for every new year.

the hostel fees is not included in the total fees in Manipal university for the courses offered in the college. The total fees along with the hostel fees is varies for the course apted and the year you are studying in the the college.
