Hyderabad Karnataka reservation is a State level Reservation that is applied for Candidates who belong to the districts of Bidar, Yadgir, Raichur, Koppal, Gulbarga and Bellary in Karnataka. These were once upon a time in Hyderabad and Belalry was in Madras. Now they have been realigned to Karnataka. These regions are eligible for Hyderabad Karnataka reservation according to the Article 371 J. Now because this is a State Level Reservation, it is not applied under All India Counselling. In All India Counselling, it is General Category, EWS, OBC, SC, ST.
