Before discussing about the particular branch, let's see about the colleges.

NIT Andhra Pradesh is a newly established college which doesn't even have a permanent building. And god knows about the infrastructure. Whereas as iiit sricity have a better infrastructure compared to the NIT AP. 

Coming to the computer science branch NIT AP has some advantages over the other like good placement records with highest packages, internships in reputed companies like Google etc., 

So, if you want a good learning experience join iiit. But if you prefer high packages, join the other.
