Hii raghvendra,

If you have got your desired college and branch in 1st round, there is no need to go for further rounds of counselling. But if you are not satisfied with first round outcome, you must appear in further rounds.

If u got ur interested college in 1st or 2nd round then there is no need to sit
But u didn't get then u can go to 3rd or 4th round to get college
