Shreya, now if you want to study MBBS either in India or in the US, you have to appear and qualify in NEET. And US doesn't have its medical courses right after 12th. They consider applications after a 3 year degree course as an eligibility criteria for studying MBBS there. Alternatively, the duration of the course is 6 years and in India the duration is 50 months. And once you finish completeing your Medicine in the US, you need to come back to India and appear and clear FMGE exam which is the Screening test. So overall too study MBBS in US is slightly longer than studying MBBS in India.
