No.it is not necessary to give NEET exams if you want to go for BPT aftr 12th.NEET exam is for MBBS , BDS, BAMS,BUMS .

For BPT there are  exams like common entrance test (CET) ,All India medical entrance examination (AIMEE) in order to get into bachelor's degree of physiotherapy.

There are some colleges and universities like Jamia  millia  who conduct their own entrance exams for BPT.

For BPT you need to score atleast 50% marks in 12th with subjects physics , chemistry, and biology.

No it is not necessary to crack NEET to get admission in BPT course after 12. You must have science in 10+2 ( Physics, chemistry and biology) Also yoy must have minimum 45% in physics, chemistry and biology.
