Hello

Yes you have to crack neet exam in order to get admissions in the top university in Ukraine for mbbs.

The National Medical Commission Act ,2019 has made neet exam compulsory for every medical aspirants to get admissions in medical college either in India or abroad. So basically they want to check the knowledge of the student about their subject.
