The 12th score matters but not that much. If you score around 80-90 percent it will be good as it does matter in IIM Ahmedabad. But if your percentile in CAT exam will be very high then it is possible that the score of 12th might not affect that much. Also if you have work experience it can cover up for your 12th result.
