No it is not necessary to qualify KCET for NEET MBBS seat,.

For obtaining a medical seat or MBBS seat you have score good marks in the NEET exam then you will get a MBBS seat. KCET exam is the Karnataka state level entrance exam for getting admissions for you course in the state of karnataka.

NEET exam is National Eligibility Cum Entrance Exam you can get seat all over India based on your Rank.So it is not necessary to qualify KCET for NEET MBBS Seat,But you Must qualify in NEET exam.
