Are you asking about about BDS i.e.Bachelor of Dental Surgery as there's no course in the field of Medical which goes by the name BS , so if you are asking about BDS then yes , neet is compulsory to qualify even if you have done d pharma and also to be eligible for Neet you need to have scored 50% in pcb aggregate in your class 12 if you belong to general category while it's 40 % for obc,sc or st category.
