Hello Abhyudaya,
Yes, it is necessary to register at the Faculty of medical Sciences official website if you want a seat with du internal qouta.
If you are eligible for du internal qouta then you should register on the FMSC website to get benefit of the qouta.
You should also attend the document verification by Delhi university on the given time.
