Yes , For admission in SPA Delhi you need to score good marks in 12th standards.
Their minimum eligibility criteria is defined as :-
Candidates who have completed their 10+2 studies with Mathematics as compulsory subject and 50% minimum marks in the 10+2 qualifying examinations are eligible for admission into the B.Arch. and B.Plan. courses at SPA.

The NTA will consider only your Jee scores for admission into colleges.However, you must have a score of 75% in order to be eligible for the exam.
