SPA School of Planning and Architecture, it is located in the Delhi. 

The courses offered in the SPA are, B.Arch, B.Planning, B.Plan urban Planning, Masters of Building engineering and management. 

For B.Arch the fee is 1.56 laksh and the duration of the course is 5 years the mode is full time. Eligibility is the candidates should score atleast 50% of marks in the mathematics and should get qualified in the 12th.

For B.Plan the fee is 1.24 lakhs and the duration of the course is 4 years the mode is full time. Eligibility is the candidates should score atleast 50% of marks in the mathematics and should get qualified in the 12th.

For M.plan urban planning the fee is around 80k and the duration of the course is 2 years the mode is full time. Eligibility is the candidates should score atleast 50% of marks in the mathematics and should get qualified in the 12th, or Masters Degree in Geography or Economics from a reputed college.

For Master of Building Engineering and Management the fee is around 80k and the duration of the course is 2 years the mode is full time. 

Your JEE Main score will be considered for the for the admission in SPA Delhi.

Yes , For admission in SPA Delhi you need to score good marks in 12th standards.

Their minimum eligibility criteria is defined as :-

Candidates who have completed their 10+2 studies with Mathematics as compulsory subject and 50% minimum marks in the 10+2 qualifying examinations are eligible for admission into the B.Arch. and B.Plan. courses at SPA.

The NTA will consider only your Jee scores for admission into colleges.However, you must have a score of 75% in order to be eligible for the exam.
