As they have started this year then it's a budding university. And obviously any budding university will take time to establish it self. 

It may be a risk as after 1st batch passes out then placements will be known. 

I will suggest if you are getting admission somewhere else which is more established then take admission there. And if you have no other option then only take admission here.
